1. OVERVIEW

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.
By accessing our website, placing an order, purchasing a subscription, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Returns Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use our Services.

We do not guarantee specific results. Individual responses vary based on numerous factors.
Product images and colours are illustrative only and may vary due to screen settings or manufacturing batches.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit products or services at any time without notice.
4. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion.
An order is only considered accepted once payment has been processed and an order confirmation has been issued.
We reserve the right to:
• Refuse or cancel orders
• Limit quantities per customer
• Cancel orders where pricing, stock, or listing errors occur
All returns are governed strictly by our Refund & Returns Policy.
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS (IMPORTANT)
5.1 Minimum Subscription Term
All subscriptions sold by PCOS Coach Nikki are subject to a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive billing cycles.
By purchasing a subscription, you expressly agree that:
• You are committing to at least three payments
• The subscription cannot be cancelled during the initial 3-month minimum term
• No refunds are provided for unused time, change of mind, or dissatisfaction during this period
This minimum term is clearly disclosed prior to checkout and forms part of this binding agreement.
5.2 Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
After the initial 3-month minimum term:
• Subscriptions automatically renew on a rolling monthly basis
• You may cancel at any time before your next billing date
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
You are responsible for managing your subscription via your account or by contacting us in advance of renewal.
Failure to cancel before renewal does not entitle you to a refund.
5.3 Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails:
• We may attempt to reprocess payment
• Access to subscription benefits may be paused or revoked
• Continued non-payment may result in account termination
6. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect orders already accepted.
You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment details. We are not responsible for bank fees, currency conversion fees, or payment provider charges.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been dispatched:
• Risk passes to you
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, strikes, or events beyond our control
Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer is the customer’s responsibility.
