It is remembering to actually do them.

CAN THE MAGIC DRINK BRING MY PERIOD BACK?
We cannot promise that The Magic Drink will bring back a period.
It is not a medicine or fertility treatment.
Missing or very irregular periods deserve proper medical assessment, particularly if you have gone several months without bleeding.
Speak with your GP or appropriate clinician about causes of irregular or absent periods and whether further assessment is needed.
CAN THE MAGIC DRINK HELP ME GET PREGNANT?
The Magic Drink does not guarantee pregnancy or ovulation.

CAN I USE THE TEAS WITH THE MAGIC DRINK?
Products may be used within the same PCOS Revolution routine where appropriate, but individual suitability still matters.

CAN I COLD BREW THE TEAS?
Yes.
For a stronger brew, prepare the tea with hot water first, allow it to steep according to the instructions, then cool and refrigerate it.
You can also cold brew in the fridge for several hours, although the flavour may be lighter.
Keep prepared tea refrigerated and use sensible food hygiene.

Because The Full Reset is built around consistency.
