Subscription Cancellation Policy
Some products offered by PCOS Coach Nikki are sold as subscription based purchase options.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms.
Minimum Commitment
All subscriptions have a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive billing cycles.
This means:
• Your subscription cannot be cancelled during the first 3 months
• You are responsible for all payments within this minimum term
• No refunds are issued for early cancellation, unused time, or change of mind during this period
Cancellation After Minimum Term
Once the initial 3 month minimum term has been completed:
• Your subscription will continue on a rolling monthly basis
• You may cancel at any time before your next billing date
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
You will continue to have access to subscription benefits until the end of that paid period.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription by:
• Logging into your customer account and managing your subscription, or
• Emailing nikki@pcoscoachnikki.com before your next billing date
Cancellation requests made after a renewal has processed will apply to the following billing cycle.
Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails:
• We may attempt to reprocess payment
• Subscription access may be paused or cancelled if payment cannot be collected
No Refunds for Subscriptions
Subscription payments are non refundable, except where required by law.
Refunds are not issued for:
• Forgotten cancellations
• Lack of use
• Personal results or expectations
• Change of mind
