Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
However, this right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Our products fall under this category.
Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns if all of the following conditions are met:
• The item is unopened, unused, and fully sealed
• The item is in its original packaging, in resaleable condition
• The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is provided
Any item that has been opened, used, tampered with, or unsealed is not eligible for return or refund. This includes supplements and teas.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
• Opened or used supplements or teas
• Items with broken seals
• Digital products, programs, memberships, or downloads
• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale or discounted
This is due to hygiene, safety, and consumer protection regulations.
Return Process
All returns must be approved before being sent back.
To request a return, email nikki@pcoscoachnikki.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Unauthorised returns will not be accepted or refunded.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for all return postage costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• We strongly recommend using a tracked service
• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
• You will be notified of approval or rejection
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact nikki@pcoscoachnikki.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Results Disclaimer
Due to the nature of nutritional supplements and herbal products, results vary between individuals.
Refunds are not issued based on personal results, expectations, or change of mind after opening the product.
