Shipping Overview
PCOS Coach Nikki ships worldwide from the United Kingdom.
By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.
UK SHIPPING
• Base £3.99 charge on all UK orders
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
• Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide.
• International orders are charged a flat-rate shipping fee at checkout
• Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
• Rest of World: 10–21 business days
International delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or factors outside our control.
ORDER PROCESSING
• Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
• You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped
Processing times are separate from shipping times.
DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY & RISK
Once an order has been dispatched:
• Responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, strikes, weather, or other events beyond our control
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. No refunds will be given.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
International orders may be subject to:
• Import duties
• Customs fees
• Local taxes
These charges are partly included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We do not reimburse customs charges or accept returns due to refusal to pay import fees.
LOST, DELAYED OR RETURNED PARCELS
• If a tracked parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier
• Claims for missing orders must be made within 14 days of the expected delivery date
• Orders returned to us due to failed delivery, refusal, or unpaid customs fees may incur re-shipping charges
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
All orders are shipped using tracked services where available.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and contact the courier where required.
